• The Early Childhood Education Council is a Professional Growth Network affiliated with the Saskatchewan Teacher’s Federation. Its purpose is to promote more informed early childhood educators in the province of Saskatchewan. Anyone with a professional interest in early childhood education is eligible to become a member.
• Members receive MEMBER'S ONLY CONTENT on our website, as well as conference and workshop information provincially, and locally.
• ECEC hosts an annual fall conference. Our conference brings delegates from all over the province together to share ideas and fellowship. Professional and student materials make the conference a valuable experience for all early childhood educators.
• The ECEC has 6 local organizations throughout the province, which provide their local teachers with valuable in-services and information. Please indicate which local you wish to receive information from.
• Please be sure to send payment as soon as possible after becoming a member! We cannot confirm your Membership until payment is received!

​Continuing for the 2022/2023 School Year

All Active STF members will receive a FREE Sask ECEC membership when they choose the Sask ECEC as their Professional Growth Network through the STF website. 

To do so, go to MySTF and select ECEC as your PGN. Screenshot your confirmation. Then return to this website and register to become a member. When prompted to pay select the regular $10.00 membership and then "Pay by mail." Your final step is to email saskecec@gmail.com your confirmation screenshot and you are in!

If you are not an active member of the STF (not on contract, do not work in a shcool setting, daycare/ early learning provider) you are still able to register as a member for $10.00/ $5.00 for students, as normal, through the website.
